Der Tauchpumpe zweipolige Asynchronmotor mit mechanischen Komponenten wird aus rostfreiem Stahl AISI 304 gefertigt. Der Rotor ist in radialen Gleitlagerungen gelagert, die axialen Belastungen werden durch ein robustes Gleitlager aufgefangen. Die Schmierung und Kühlung der radialen Lager und des Schüssellagers erfolgt durch die Flüssigkeitsfüllung. Der Stator
ist in einer rostfreien Hülse, gefüllt mit einer Mischung aus internen Gasen auf Argonbasis, luftdicht abgeschlossen. Die Wicklungsstellen (mit Schutzleiter) sind über einen dichten Anschlussstecker an einem flachen vieradrigen Leiter über die Pumpe geführt, wodurch eine problemlose Verbindung mit dem eigenen Zuleitkabel möglich ist. Der Anlaufkondensator ist in einem Gusskäfig unter dem Motor eingebaut, weshalb für den Motor keine Anlaufklemme erforderlich ist.

- Wie wähle ich die richtige Leistung/Druckkraft der Pumpe aus? Sie muss die Druckverluste Ihres konkreten Kreislaufs abdecken (Länge der Rohrleitung, Anzahl der Armaturen) – bei Unklarheiten wenden Sie sich an den Heizungsfachmann, der Ihre Pumpe genau dimensioniert.
- Muss die Montage von einem Fachmann durchgeführt werden? Die Einsetzung der Pumpe in die vorbereitete Rohrleitung kann auch vom Heimwerker übernommen werden, die elektrische Verkabelung und Einstellung des Systems empfehlen wir jedoch von einem Fachmann überprüfen zu lassen.

IVAR has been producing heating and plumbing system components since 1985: valves for heating bodies, direct heat metering modules, heat cost allocators, pipes and fittings, substations for heating systems, distribution manifolds, radiant panel systems, and components for solar and geothermal systems. And it’s all “Made in Italy”.
Over 200 people are employed at our manufacturing facilities in Prevalle (in northern Italy’s Brescia province). The site has been designed to streamline our many production and operational stages.
The Italian headquarters also acts as a hub for the wider IVAR Group, set up with the goal of distributing products beyond Italy’s borders.
