Die IVAR.ST 20 AL (Artikelnummer ST20AL) ist eine Systemdämmplatte für die Warmwasser-Fußbodenheizung im Trockenbausystem. Sie eignet sich überall dort, wo Zementestrich oder Fließestrich nicht möglich oder nicht sinnvoll ist – bei Sanierungen, bei denen Estrich die Konstruktion übermäßig belasten würde, in feuchtigkeitsempfindlichen Holzbauten oder bei geringer verfügbarer Aufbauhöhe.
Eigenschaften der Platte
- Dicke 20 mm, Format und Nutzmaß 1200 × 600 mm = 0,72 m²
- für PE-RT-Rohre 16 × 2 mm mit Verlegeabstand 150 mm
- die 100–200 µm starke Aluminiumschicht verteilt die Wärme in die Fläche
- Dämmung EPS 400: Wärmeleitfähigkeit λD 0,0314 W/mK, Wärmedurchlasswiderstand RD 0,65 m²K/W
- Brandverhalten Klasse E, gemäß DIN EN 13163
Fußbodenaufbau
Auf die Platte werden Gipsfaser-Estrichelemente gelegt – der Hersteller empfiehlt Fermacell oder Knauf in 25 mm Stärke, auf die keramische Fliesen geklebt werden können. Unter Laminat genügt eine 12,5 mm starke Gipsfaserplatte. Mit dieser Platte ermöglicht das System mit Gipsfaserplatten eine Gesamtaufbauhöhe von 45 mm (ohne Oberbelag). Auf stabilem, tragfähigem Untergrund lassen sich Fliesen auch direkt auf die Platte verlegen. Für einen höheren Wärmedurchlasswiderstand steht die Platte IVAR.ST 30 AL (Artikelnummer ST30AL) zur Verfügung.

Nein. Die Platte ist für das Trockenbausystem bestimmt, bei dem Gipsfaser-Estrichelemente den Estrich ersetzen – empfohlen werden Fermacell oder Knauf in 25 mm Stärke.
Welche Rohre werden in die Platte verlegt?
PE-RT-Rohre mit dem Außenmaß 16 × 2 mm im Verlegeabstand von 150 mm.
Worin unterscheiden sich die Platten ST20AL und ST30AL?
