Die vierte Stufe der MO550
Die Anlage IVAR.MO550 reinigt das Wasser in fünf Stufen – Polypropylenfilter 5 µm, Block aus gepresster Aktivkohle, Polypropylenfilter 1 µm, Umkehrosmosemembran und Mineralisierungspatrone. Die Membran 50 GPD erzeugt etwa 190 Liter aufbereitetes Wasser pro Tag (7,9 l/h). Da dies ein langsamerer Prozess ist, speichert die MO550 das Wasser in einem Tank (12 l, davon 5 l sofort nutzbar) und gibt es bei Bedarf ab.
Wann die Membran wechseln
- mindestens einmal jährlich, spätestens nach 1,5 Jahren
- früher, wenn sich die Filtration deutlich verlangsamt oder der TDS-Wert des aufbereiteten Wassers den zulässigen Grenzwert überschreitet
- Vorfilter mindestens alle 6 Monate wechseln – ein versäumter Wechsel kann die Membran beschädigen

Empfohlen wird mindestens einmal jährlich, spätestens nach 1,5 Jahren. Einen früheren Wechsel erfordern eine deutlich langsamere Filtration oder ein überschrittener TDS-Grenzwert im aufbereiteten Wasser.
Warum hat die Anlage MO550 einen Speichertank?
Die Membran 50 GPD erzeugt etwa 7,9 l Wasser pro Stunde, was für die sofortige Entnahme nicht reicht. Die Anlage speichert das Wasser daher in einem Tank und gibt es von dort bei Bedarf ab.

IVAR has been producing heating and plumbing system components since 1985: valves for heating bodies, direct heat metering modules, heat cost allocators, pipes and fittings, substations for heating systems, distribution manifolds, radiant panel systems, and components for solar and geothermal systems. Over 200 people are employed at our manufacturing facilities in Prevalle (in northern Italy’s Brescia province). The site has been designed to streamline our many production and operational stages.
