Hinweis: Der Feuerstopfbügel PRESS-GAS wird verwendet, wenn die Gasleitung ALPEX-GAS aus der Bauteilkonstruktion austritt und im Gebäude weiterführt.

- Welches Werkzeug wird benötigt, um diesen Fitting zu montieren? Press-Fittings erfordern spezialisierte Presszangen mit der richtigen Zangentyp (häufig als B, F oder TH bezeichnet nach System) entsprechend der Abmessung und dem Typ des Fittings – ohne das richtige Werkzeug kann die Verbindung weder hergestellt noch überprüft werden.
- Wie erkenne ich, dass die Verbindung korrekt gepresst wurde? Qualitativ hochwertige Press-Fittings besitzen einen Presseindikator (z. B. ein Dichtungsrings, der bei unvollständigem Pressen austreten kann) – vor dem Einbetonieren in die Wand oder den Estrich ist immer ein Drucktest des gesamten Systems durchzuführen.
- Kann die Verbindung nach dem Pressen wieder gelöst werden? Nein, im Gegensatz zum Schraubverschluss ist die Pressverbindung dauerhaft und erfordert zum Trennen das Abschneiden des Fittings und den Einbau eines neuen.
- Muss die Montage von einem Fachmann durchgeführt werden? Ja, das Pressen der Fittings erfordert fachmännische Kenntnisse und korrekt kalibriertes Werkzeug – wir empfehlen, die Arbeit einem Heizungsbauer/Installateur zu überlassen, insbesondere bei Verbindungen, die in die Wand oder in den Estrich eingebettet werden, ohne dass eine spätere Kontrolle möglich ist.

IVAR has been producing heating and plumbing system components since 1985: valves for heating bodies, direct heat metering modules, heat cost allocators, pipes and fittings, substations for heating systems, distribution manifolds, radiant panel systems, and components for solar and geothermal systems. And it’s all “Made in Italy”.
Over 200 people are employed at our manufacturing facilities in Prevalle (in northern Italy’s Brescia province). The site has been designed to streamline our many production and operational stages.
The Italian headquarters also acts as a hub for the wider IVAR Group, set up with the goal of distributing products beyond Italy’s borders. The group now has 11 branches, in Australia, Belgium, China, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, the United States and Tunisia.
